Find a Mentor or Mastermind Group

Finding a mentor or a mastermind group to join are great ways to help boost your confidence and reach your leadership goals. Not only can these networks provide you with valuable advice and support, but they can also help you stay accountable, find motivation and feel inspired.

You don’t need to look far – start by reaching out to your colleagues or people you know in the same industry as you. LinkedIn, Facebook and other networking sites are great places to find like-minded people who can provide valuable advice and support.

Once you’ve identified someone, take the first step by introducing yourself and asking if they’d be willing to mentor or coach you in any way. Even if someone says no, the fact that you asked will still boost your confidence that much more!
