Who is this coaching program for?
This female coaching program is for women in business who are in a leadership role, managing a team, running their own business and who want to lead themselves and their cause with positive impact.Β Are you an ambitious and/or purpose driven women, seeking to lead yourself to your very own aligned business or career success? Then this is for you.Β
How is the Leadership Coaching program delivered?
In one-to-one coaching format you will attend 8 x 90 min consultations in person (Gold Coast and Brisbane) or online. You will also have access to your coach and accountability partner via email for support seeking questions, to help you achieve your in-between session goals. Your coach will be present during the sessions to discuss your wins and challenges, guide you through the session objective, share tools and insights and offer additional support material if you wish to work on
What progress can I expect during the program?
Personal and professional development takes time. The process of building awareness through reflection, gaining insights by observation, and embracing newly learned concepts is immensely rewarding, but also demanding of your time and effort.
In order to truly integrate and master new developmental tools and skillsets, you need to be ready to commit to yourself. To support you in this, we have built in extended sessions (90-minutes). In between sessions you will practise implementation and experimentation, which is where lasting progress comes into fruition; therefore, progress really depends on your commitment to yourself.
On completion of the leadership program, you have the option to continue onto a coaching retainer contract, tailored to your requirements.
How flexible and personalised is this program?
You can choose to have this program delivered over a time frame of 3 or 6 months depending on your own time availability. The roadmap steps are designed and structured in way to support your performance development, however you are an individual working from your very own baseline which is why we personalise the sessions to your unique coaching requirements.Β

We encourage upfront payment to reflect your commitment to the program and your own professional development journey. We also want to support clients the best we can by offering aΒ payment plan on request.Β

Your coach’s (Martina Rios) expertise is drawn from having worked in corporate with leadership teams, deepened through psychological science and coaching accreditation studies, and becoming a fempreneur herself by building her own coaching business. She specialises inΒ systemic business coaching and can help additionally through family constellation methodology, which makes her approach unique to many other coaching programs. This approach acknowledges the uniqueness of the individual as part of a whole larger eco-system; such as business, family and community, and coaches the individual with the system in mind, and the roles we play within, to help detach from unhealthy past and present relationship dynamics and other hidden energetic bonds existent within the system.
